To cancel your activity and receive a FULL REFUND, we require a minimum of 48 HOURS notice prior to your activity start time.
If you cancel your activity with LESS than 48 HOURS notice prior your start time, we will offer you a online code which allows you to rebook your activity at the next available time which suits you.
NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
If we (Newlands Adventure Centre & Keswick Climbing Wall) cancel your booking due to bad weather or for any other reason, we will either offer you a FULL REFUND or a online code which allows you to rebook your activity at the next available time which suits you!
