Whether it is memory fade after time off climbing recently, a return after many years, or if you want to move to the next level of knowledge, The Lakes Mountaineer can help you: Climbing MOT - correct your habits and memory fade; How to climb multi-pitch routes; What to do when your partner can't follow a pitch; Self-rescue; How to retreat from a route. Sport routes - tips and tricks; Please state what your objectives are in an email after booking. The location can change on request, due to weather, or group requirement.

What's Included
🧰 Equipment - We can provide helmets and harnesses if necessary. We will provide all ropes and safety equipment.
📋 Other - A highly-qualified Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor
What you'll need
🧤 Warm Clothing - Bring more than you think you need!
☂️ Waterproofs - Top and trousers.
🍴 Food - We'll be at the location all day, so bring a good lunch and snacks.
🥤 Drink - Thermos for cold days, 1 or 2 litres of water per person on hot days.
📋 Other - You will need your climbing shoes, harness, helmet and any gear you have. A good pair of walking boots if we have a long approach. Hand Gel and face masks.
